قصة النبي آدم عليه السلام
The story of the first human on earth. Learn how Adam made a mistake, but Allah taught him how to say sorry and be forgiven.
In the beginning, there was nothing on earth — no people, no animals, no trees. Then Allah created Adam from clay. Allah breathed His spirit into Adam and taught him the names of everything. The angels were amazed. They had never seen anything like Adam. They bowed down to Adam because Allah commanded them to. This shows how special we are. Allah honored us by creating us from His own breath.
Allah placed Adam and his wife Hawwa in the Garden of Paradise. It was the most beautiful place imaginable. There were rivers of water, milk, honey, and wine. Trees bore fruits that had never been tasted before. Adam and Hawwa could enjoy everything — except one tree. Allah said, "Do not eat from this tree." For a while, they obeyed. But then Iblis — the devil — came and whispered evil thoughts into their ears.
Iblis was jealous of Adam. He had refused to bow to Adam because he was made of fire and Adam was made of clay. So Iblis tried to trick Adam and Hawwa. He whispered, "The tree will make you like angels or live forever." They were tempted and ate from the tree. When they ate, they realized their mistake immediately. They felt shame and tried to cover themselves with leaves from the Garden.
Adam and Hawwa were sent down to earth. They were sad and scared. But they had learned something very important — how to ask for forgiveness. Adam turned to Allah and said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will surely be among the losers." Allah forgave Adam! This is one of the most beautiful parts of the story. Allah loves it when we say sorry. And Allah forgives us when we are sincere.
Every human being makes mistakes — even the first prophet did. But what matters is what we do after. When we make a mistake, we should say sorry to Allah right away. Allah is Al-Ghafur — the Most Forgiving. He loves it when we turn back to Him.
Everyone makes mistakes — even prophets. What matters is that we say sorry and try again.
